Fill out the initial inquiry form

Our team takes every inquiry seriously. That's why we'II get back to you in less than 24-hours to send you our brochure and to schedule a call with you.

Initial Call

A senior team member will call you at our scheduled time for just a quick 5-10 minute chat. Just an initial get-to-know each other to see if further steps make sense for both of us. At this point we'II send over our conative evaluation test and request your resume.

Meet the Leadership

This is your executive hour. On this 45-60 min call, you'II get to meet the leadership team at Wisdom, and we'II discuss what our partnership would actually look like. We'II talk about our business mode!, what we're looking for in a franchisee, answer your questions, and really get a feel for one another as people. We'II also send you our franchise application.

Review the FDD

After passing through our executive stage together, we'II send you our Franchise Disclosure Document and Franchise Agreement, and you will have 14 days to independently review it. We encourage you to look over it carefully and review it with your franchise consultant or attorney, so you understand all the ins and outs of a franchise with Wisdom. We'd also encourage you to reach out to our franchise owners, because no one is more qualified to tell you what your day-to-day Wisdom life would be like.

By-lnvitation Discovery Day

Before you sign, you're invited to corne visit us at our Raleigh, NC headquarters to see a Wisdom franchise in action. There you can shadow real-life caregivers, talk with leadership, and live the Wisdom franchise experience. Concerned about travel with COVlD? Ask us about our virtual visit process.

Signing Day

We'II send you ail the documents for your final review and signatures. This is when the opportunity really begins.

Attend ln-Person Training

Since you're now part of the family, we start you off strong with two weeks of hands-on training from our headquarters in Raleigh, NC.
