Key Responsibilities:

  • Implements plan of care. Remind clients of medications.
  • Assist clients with personal care and activities and daily living (ADLs) to include:
  • Completes necessary documentation.
  • Assist with or perform meal preparation, and the incidental household services.
  • Record and report changes in the client’s condition, family situation or needs to the AA or RN.
  • Assure that needed supplies are maintained. Monitor to insure client privacy

Education, Training and Experience:

  • Graduation from High School (or equivalent)
  • Graduation from an accredited CNA I program
  • Certified Nurse assistant certification

Qualifications:

  • Current TB test
  • Valid Drivers license and car insurance
  • Ability to properly document necessary information.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
