Our Background

Patricia Miller has a long history of caring for others. She owned and operated an in-home daycare for nine years. But after almost a decade of doing the same thing, she felt like she had hit a plateau. She began wondering what else she could do to make a positive impact. Senior care was a natural transition from working with children. It had all the same elements: meeting people where they are, caring for the whole person, and providing for their emotional as well physical needs. Committed to helping others, she always asks herself “What’s the need here, and how can I serve it?”

Working as Wisdom Senior Care’s Client Services Manager almost since its founding, Pat served as a central point of communication for clients, caregivers, and the office, ensuring that communication flows smoothly between them. She ensured that caregivers provided the highest quality service, made sure scheduling changes were communicated promptly, and built trust and close relationships with clients so they felt comfortable bringing aides into their homes.
