Carol joined the North Raleigh team as a well-seasoned, devoted and compassionate caregiver. She was quickly identified as being highly capable to take on administrative tasks with our agency. From screening potential candidates to the interview process and assisting with onboarding new caregivers, Carol is a crucial player on our team. She assists in clerical duties in our office on a part-time basis. Her years of experience in the industry make her a vital resource to our caregivers, our clients and our entire team.
Jasmine Thurston
Geriatric Care Consultant
Senior Advocate expert, Jasmine takes care of all our client's geriatric care needs. She covers clients’ consultations for elder care services arrangements, referrals to eldercare professionals, attorneys, and long-term care resources. Also, Jasmine helps families in areas such like senior's move management, home care, assistance with changes in living situations, and is a long distance liaison to family members, including the needs for doctors' visits for the seniors. She understands and provides assessments and care planning, counsel and support, home visits for our seniors that don’t have relatives around, home safety assessment, and crisis management and intervention with a senior. She loves and is passionate about the subject matter.
