Phillip, the franchise owner, has been in business since a young age. His years of experience in the corporate world equipped him well to oversee his agency operations. At IBM, he covered management positions that he utilizes to grow his agency. His leadership and managerial skills are substantial assets for Wisdom Senior Care in southern Wake County and Johnson County in North Carolina. He keeps up the relationship with the agency’s strategic partners to reach out to more seniors in need of care.
Michele Land-Hartman
Nurse Supervisor
Michele, our Nurse Supervisor, has a nursing degree from the Northeastern University Bouvé College of Heath Sciences. She has years of experience working in Boston and New York city hospitals. This includes practices in clinical research, medical-surgical, neurology, and psychiatric-mental health nursing. Prior to nursing, she became a published biologist working in the Boston University School of Medicine. Her diverse skill set ensures that Wisdom Senior Care provides compassionate care to a diverse patient population. Working in communion with individual clients, families, and the health care team, she ensures our services are delivered with high quality and integrity. Michele provides clinical oversight, teaching, orientation, competency, and skills validation to all homecare team members. She updates plans of care on an ongoing basis for our clients. Finally, Michele works to foster relationships with strategic partners to ensure Wisdom Senior Care’s continuing success.

Scheduling Manager
Winnie, the franchise owner, brings to her team several years of international business experience. She runs the daily operations of the agency smoothly. From her experience in taking care of her father, she understands what clients need to live a happy life in the comfort of their homes. She is involved in making sure Wisdom Senior Care culture is followed by all team members. In an industry heavily dominated by women, her leadership skills help our team of caregivers to deliver the best care in the area.
